Our aluminum cases are manufactured with high-precision CNC machining technology, ensuring tight tolerance, consistent quality, and perfect fit for your internal components. Made of high-grade aluminum alloy, these enclosures offer outstanding mechanical strength, excellent thermal conductivity, and lightweight performance, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications.
We support a wide range of surface treatments:
- Anodizing: Hard anodizing, color anodizing (black, silver, red, blue, gold, etc.)
This part is produced on CNC machining centres and CNC lathes with in-house wire EDM and surface grinding support. Routine accuracy is ±0.05 mm, precision features hold ±0.01 mm. We machine aluminium (6061/6082/7075), and supply parts with as-machined, anodised, plated, passivated, painted or powder-coated finishes.
Dimensional inspection is performed with CMM, micrometers, height gauges and thread gauges; every shipment leaves with an inspection record. Surface finish, thread fit and geometric tolerances (GD&T) are checked against your drawing revision – no undocumented deviations. For regulated projects, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and RoHS/REACH declarations are available.
