Founded in 2019, Ningbo Renjiu Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specialized in the manufacturing of moulds and various precision parts, boasting a decade of rich industry experience.

Equipped with advanced production equipment, our team is composed of professional technical personnel who are proficient in mould structure, design and stress analysis. We provide high-quality products including injection moulds, castings and machined components, and excel in customizing solutions according to customers' specific requirements.

What Renjiu Machinery Does

We are a precision manufacturing partner rather than a single-process shop. A part can start as a machined prototype, move to sheet metal fabrication or casting at volume, and be finished and assembled in-house before it ships. Keeping those steps under one roof is what lets us control tolerance, lead time and quality together.

Our Capabilities

• CNC machining — turning, milling and multi-axis work in metals and engineering plastics, from one-off prototypes to medium-volume production.
• Sheet metal fabrication — laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and hardware insertion for brackets, chassis and enclosures.
• Injection moulding and die casting — tooling and production for parts that need to be formed rather than cut.
• 3D printing — SLA, SLS and FDM for rapid prototypes and small functional batches.
• Surface treatment — anodising, plating, powder coating, blasting, polishing and laser marking.
• Assembly — sub-assembly and final assembly so parts arrive ready to install.

Equipment and Working Method

Our machining floor runs CNC lathes and machining centres supported by the usual secondary equipment — drilling, tapping, deburring and inspection stations. What matters more than the machine list is how the work is planned: every order starts with a drawing review, where our engineers check that the tolerances, material and finish are practical and that nothing is specified more tightly than the function requires.

That review is often where customers save the most money. A tolerance that looks harmless on paper can double the machining time; a material choice can add days of lead time. Catching it before the first cut is cheaper than catching it afterwards.

Quality System

Quality is built into the process rather than inspected in at the end:

• Material verified against certificates on arrival
• First article inspection with actual measured values reported to the customer
• In-process checks on critical features as the batch runs
• Final dimensional inspection and, where required, a formal inspection report
• Packing matched to the part, from bulk cartons to custom trays for delicate components

Who We Work With

Our customers are typically engineers, product developers and procurement teams who need parts made to a drawing and delivered on a date. Many start with a prototype and stay for production; others come with an established design and need a second, reliable source. In every case the working relationship is the same: clear drawings, honest feedback on what is practical, and parts that match what was agreed.

Working With Overseas Customers

Most of our customers are outside China, so the workflow is built for that. Quotations in English with clear lead times, drawings and specifications reviewed by engineers who read them properly, and documentation — material certificates, inspection reports, packing lists — prepared for customs and incoming inspection.
